Questions we get asked a lot.
Everything customers usually want to know before booking — cost, timings, whether you need to be in, and how the regular rounds work. If your question isn't here, just ask.

How much does wheelie bin cleaning cost?
Wheelie bin cleaning starts from £5 per bin. That covers a full clean, sanitise and deodorise. If you have several bins, food waste caddies or a commercial bin store, we'll give you a set price for the whole lot rather than quoting per bin.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Every four to eight weeks suits most households in Aberdeen. That's often enough to keep on top of smells, grime and flies without you ever having to think about it. In warmer months, four-weekly makes a noticeable difference.
When do you clean the bins?
Wherever possible we clean after your collection day, once the bin has been emptied. That way it goes back out clean rather than having a fresh load dropped into it straight afterwards.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the bins, you don't need to be in. We'll clean them and return them to where they normally live. Plenty of our customers are at work when we visit.
Do you clean food waste bins?
Yes — food waste caddies are one of the worst offenders for smells, so they're a service we're glad to take on. They can be added to any round or booked on their own.
Do you clean commercial bins?
We do. Pubs, cafés, takeaways, offices, shops and blocks with shared bin stores are all welcome. We can work around your opening hours so we're not in the way during service.
Do you cover my area?
We cover Aberdeen City and roughly 15 miles around it, including Bridge of Don, Dyce, Bucksburn, Kingswells, Westhill, Cults, Peterculter, Portlethen, Cove, Inverurie and Ellon. Not sure? Send us your postcode and we'll confirm straight away.
Can I book a one-off clean?
Absolutely. Plenty of customers start with a single visit — a one-off bin clean, or a driveway pressure wash before putting the house on the market. There's no obligation to sign up for anything afterwards.
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
Yes, and that's what most of our customers do. We run recurring rounds, usually every four or eight weeks. There's no contract — you can pause it for a holiday or stop whenever you like.
Do you pressure wash driveways and patios?
We do. Driveways, patios, paths, paving, walls, decking and garden areas. For block paving we can re-sand the joints after cleaning so the blocks stay locked and stable.
Can I combine different cleaning services?
Yes, and it usually works out cheaper. Combine bin cleaning, window cleaning, vehicle washing and periodic gutter clearing into one recurring package, and we'll do it all on the same visit rather than making separate trips.
Do you clean cars?
Exterior vehicle washing is available as a standalone service, or added into one of our cleaning packages. It's cheapest when we're already at your property for something else.
