What things cost.
One price is genuinely fixed: wheelie bin cleaning starts from £5 per bin. Everything else depends on the property, so we quote it properly rather than publishing a number nobody actually gets charged.
Bin cleaning from £5
Wheelie bin cleaning, from £5.
A flat price per bin for a full clean, sanitise and deodorise. That's the honest starting point for a single standard household bin.
- Cleaned inside and out
- Sanitised against bacteria
- Deodorised, not just perfumed
- Cleaned after collection wherever possible
- Bin returned to where it normally lives
Everything else is priced per job.
We'd rather give you a real price for your actual property than a headline figure that turns out not to apply. Here's why each of these varies.
Multiple bins & food waste
Three or more bins, garden waste or food caddies are quoted as a set rather than per-bin — it usually works out cheaper.
Commercial properties
Pubs, cafés, offices and shared bin stores depend on volume and access. We'll work around your opening hours.
Pressure washing
Size, surface type, how long since it was last done and how much moss has taken hold. Re-sanding is priced separately.
Window cleaning
Number of windows, whether they're upstairs and down, and how often you want us round.
Gutter cleaning
Length of guttering, roofline height and access. Usually needed once or twice a year.
Vehicle cleaning
How many vehicles and what size. Cheaper when added to a visit we're already making.
Combined services cost less. Adding jobs to a visit we're already making means no extra travel or setup — which is why packages usually work out cheaper than booking each service separately.
