The terms that apply to cleaning services provided by Affa Fresh.
Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information and photographs provided at the time. If the condition or scale of the work turns out to be materially different on arrival, we'll explain the difference and agree a revised price with you before starting — we won't carry on and charge more without telling you.
Booking
A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date with you. Recurring rounds continue at the agreed interval until you tell us to pause or stop. There is no contract and no minimum term.
Cancelling and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a visit at any time. We'd appreciate as much notice as you can give, but there's no cancellation fee. If we ever need to move a visit, we'll let you know as early as possible and agree a new date.
Access and preparation
We need reasonable access to the items being cleaned. For bin cleaning, that means the bins being available and, where possible, empty. For exterior work, please clear any personal belongings, plant pots or vehicles from the area beforehand. If we can't access something on the day, we'll clean what we can and let you know.
Surfaces and suitability
Pressure washing is suitable for most exterior surfaces but not all. Some older, damaged or delicate materials can be marked by high-pressure water, and some sealants and coatings can be affected. If you know a surface has been sealed or treated, tell us at quoting. We'll always adjust our approach to suit the material, but we can't accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or deterioration that a surface already had.
Results
Cleaning results vary depending on how long a surface or bin has gone untreated. Some staining — particularly deep rust, oil and certain weathering — may not come out completely. We'll always tell you what we expect to achieve before we start.
Payment
Payment details are agreed directly with you at the time of booking. Unless we've agreed otherwise, payment is due once the work is completed.
If something isn't right
Tell us. If a clean hasn't met the standard you expected, let us know and we'll come back and put it right. We'd much rather sort a problem out than have an unhappy customer on a street we visit every month.
